To God belong the Most Beautiful Names, so call Him by them, and disregard those who blaspheme His names. They will be repaid for what they used to doAllah's are the fairest names. Invoke Him by them. And leave the company of those who blaspheme His names. They will be requited what they doMost excellent titles hath God: by these call ye on Him, and stand aloof from those who pervert his titles. For what they have done shall they be repaidBut God's are the good names; call on Him then thereby, and leave those who pervert His names; they shall be rewarded for that which they have donefor Allah the names the most beautiful call with it and leave those whom they distort in his names are repayed what they were they doGenerated from a table of word-by-word decisions, not written as prose. Arabic word order is preserved, so it reads stiffly and is not a substitute for a translation written by a person. Every verse is rendered, but the whole remains under review: words marked as judgement rest on weaker evidence than the rest and are flagged in place. No tafsir, hadith or existing translation was consulted.
