ٱللَّهُٱلَّذِىيُرْسِلُٱلرِّيَٰحَفَتُثِيرُسَحَابًافَيَبْسُطُهُۥفِىٱلسَّمَآءِكَيْفَيَشَآءُوَيَجْعَلُهُۥكِسَفًافَتَرَىٱلْوَدْقَيَخْرُجُمِنْخِلَٰلِهِۦفَإِذَآأَصَابَبِهِۦمَنيَشَآءُمِنْعِبَادِهِۦٓإِذَاهُمْيَسْتَبْشِرُونَ
Reference 30:48Allah is He Who sendeth the winds so that they raise clouds, and spreadeth them along the sky as pleaseth Him, and causeth them to break and thou seest the rain downpouring from within them.
