وَمَاكَانَرَبُّكَمُهْلِكَٱلْقُرَىٰحَتَّىٰيَبْعَثَفِىٓأُمِّهَارَسُولًايَتْلُوا۟عَلَيْهِمْءَايَٰتِنَاوَمَاكُنَّامُهْلِكِىٱلْقُرَىٰٓإِلَّاوَأَهْلُهَاظَٰلِمُونَ
Reference 28:59وَمَاكَانَرَبُّكَمُهْلِكَٱلْقُرَىٰحَتَّىٰيَبْعَثَفِىٓأُمِّهَارَسُولًايَتْلُوا۟عَلَيْهِمْءَايَٰتِنَاوَمَاكُنَّامُهْلِكِىٱلْقُرَىٰٓإِلَّاوَأَهْلُهَاظَٰلِمُونَ
Reference 28:59And never did thy Lord destroy the townships, till He had raised up in their mother(-town) a messenger reciting unto them Our revelations.
