Who is more wrong than he, who, when reminded of his Lord’s revelations, turns away from them? We will certainly wreak vengeance upon the criminalsAnd who doth greater wrong than he who is reminded of the revelations of his Lord, then turneth from them. Lo! We shall requite the guiltyWho acteth worse than he who is warned by the signs of his Lord, then turneth away from them? We will surely take vengeance on the guilty onesWho is more unjust than he who is reminded of the signs of his Lord, and then turns away from them? Verily, we will take vengeance on the sinnersand whoever more wrong from who was reminded by signs of his Sustainer then he turned aside from it indeed we from the criminals one who exacts retributionsGenerated from a table of word-by-word decisions, not written as prose. Arabic word order is preserved, so it reads stiffly and is not a substitute for a translation written by a person. Every verse is rendered, but the whole remains under review: words marked as judgement rest on weaker evidence than the rest and are flagged in place. No tafsir, hadith or existing translation was consulted.
