He is fully Informed, Observant of His servantsLo! thy Lord enlargeth the provision for whom He will, and straiteneth (it for whom He will). Lo, He was ever Knower, Seer of His slavesVerily, thy Lord will provide with open hand for whom he pleaseth, and will be sparing. His servants doth he scan, inspectVerily, thy Lord spreads out provision to whomsoever He will or He doles it out. Verily, He is ever well aware of and sees His servantsindeed your Sustainer he extends the provision for whom he wills and he has power indeed he was by his servants aware all-seeingGenerated from a table of word-by-word decisions, not written as prose. Arabic word order is preserved, so it reads stiffly and is not a substitute for a translation written by a person. Every verse is rendered, but the whole remains under review: words marked as judgement rest on weaker evidence than the rest and are flagged in place. No tafsir, hadith or existing translation was consulted.
