حَتَّىٰٓإِذَابَلَغَمَغْرِبَٱلشَّمْسِوَجَدَهَاتَغْرُبُفِىعَيْنٍحَمِئَةٍوَوَجَدَعِندَهَاقَوْمًاقُلْنَايَٰذَاٱلْقَرْنَيْنِإِمَّآأَنتُعَذِّبَوَإِمَّآأَنتَتَّخِذَفِيهِمْحُسْنًا

Reference 18:86
Till, when he reached the setting-place of the sun, he found it setting in a muddy spring, and found a people thereabout. We said: O Dhu'l-Qarneyn! Either punish or show them kindness
